Hypothesis interpretation boundary
The statements below are hypotheses, not results. “Should” means an expected empirical direction if the model is useful; it does not mean that the effect has already been demonstrated.
H1. Learning with assimilation
Cycles with an assimilation phase should produce more durable learning than continuous work without pause and consolidation. Test: compare task-pause-task with uninterrupted task sequences and measure retention after one week.
H2. Closure and cognitive load
Completed cycles should reduce cognitive load more than interrupted cycles. Test: compare NASA-TLX, pulse or HRV after completed and interrupted cycles.
H3. AI agents with reflection
AI agents with explicit reflection or memory consolidation should be more stable than agents without those phases. Test: compare performance, repeated errors and behavioral stability against a baseline.
